Edancy Construction, S.R.L., has more than 16 years of experience in the construction and real estate market in the state of Florida, USA.
Edancy Construction, S.R.L., arises from the vision of improving construction in the Dominican Republic and contributing to the economy. It brings to the country international standards, taking as a reference the experience in construction and real estate of the founder, thus providing modern, safe, and durable buildings. The idea began in February 2022 in conjunction with engineers and architects and was formalized in June of the same year. The company is incorporated under the laws and building regulations of the Dominican Republic, thus starting its first project, in October 2022, with a building of 18 apartments, which is ready for occupancy.

Cindy Guzman
Cindy Guzmán, was born in the Bronx, New York, to Dominican parents and at the age of 12 she emigrated to Florida, where she continued her secondary studies and began her career in General Psychology and Business Health Administration, graduating with high honors in 2005 from Barry University. While working in a psychiatric hospital, she began her career in real estate, specializing with investors. In 2016, she started in the business of renting private properties for vacation, better known as Airbnb. In 2017, she opened, together with her brother, a tax preparation company and in 2018, she decided to combine tax services, credit repair and real estate investments, creating the company Aychlo Investments, Inc. which currently provides these services.
